Speaker Profile - Donato Stanco, Sr. Marketing Manager Global Printing & Packaging, iGM Resins
56-year-old based in Italy, I hold a degree in Organic Chemistry from Milano University. After serving two years in the Army, I embarked on a dynamic career spanning three decades in the UV industry, working across various companies and assuming diverse roles. My journey began as an R&D technician, where I honed my technical skills. Over time, I progressed to the position of R&D manager, overseeing strategic innovation initiatives. Transitioning into a Sales Area manager role, I successfully navigated complex markets and cultivated strong client relationships. Subsequently, as a Technical Service specialist, I provided support to customers, ensuring optimal product performance and satisfaction. Currently, I serve as the Marketing Manager at iGM, where I leverage my extensive experience and global perspective to drive initiatives in the Graphic Arts and Packaging sectors. In this role, I am entrusted with crafting comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to international markets, facilitating growth and expansion for our organization.
